Welcome to another world, the world of Michelangelo Young.
We are happy to share a non- profit project that holds a deep meaning for us, with you. We envision it will soon be independent from Amajor.
We are convinced that young people and companies around the world deserve to grow and thrive together, beyond the limits imposed by a single company.
We are working hard to energize and boost this project, which will bring about a positively disruptive healthy evolution of the world of work, first at a European level and then, we are sure, globally — promoting talent and a sustainable global economy focused on the wellbeing of people!
From 2021 to 2025, Amajor For Future was the non-profit workshop where Amajor met over 1,400 young people, more than 30 educators, 25 schools, ITS, and universities, and over 30 companies, bringing the 4H Method into the spaces where the future of work is born.
Over these years, the project provided students with a space to reflect on what truly drives them, their values, and the impact they wish to have in the world of work. This experience also allowed Amajor to observe a clear and consistent trend in line with key international research: the new generations choose jobs based on value alignment, purpose, and personal meaning.
The classroom experience, combined with direct interaction with entrepreneurs and managers, made it clear that Amajor For Future could no longer remain a series of isolated initiatives. It needed to go further, become more structured, and generate greater impact at a European level.
This awareness led to the birth of Michelangelo Young, the natural evolution of Amajor For Future: a European project that takes what we have learned and transforms it into a value-driven community of young people and companies choosing to meet in a new way.
Michelangelo Young is a voluntary, non-profit project promoted and supported by Amajor Ltd benefit corporation, designed to connect young people and businesses through a new reciprocal selection method based on two key elements that complement the traditional approach focused mainly on hard (and soft) skills:
The goal is to promote a healthy evolution of the world of work, where people can realize their potential and companies can grow sustainably thanks to talent that is truly aligned with their vision. International studies on this matter, such as those from McKinsey, Gallup, S&P Global, The University of Oxford, WHO, and ILO, confirm that wellbeing, purpose, and engagement are not “soft” aspects, but measurable factors that improve retention, performance, and economic results. Michelangelo Young is born as a benefit project: it is the concrete expression of Amajor’s mission, which sees companies as tools for the healthy growth of future generations.
Values, deep motivations, sense and direction
Strategy and organization
Actions, skills, concrete behavior
Impact generated for people, companies, and communities.
Michelangelo Young applies Amajor’s 4H Method (presented in 2022 at the ISPIM Innovation Conference in Copenhagen) to introduce a reciprocal selection method between young people and companies, going beyond the simple combination of hard and soft skills to include value alignment and purpose.
University students and student associations → universities
4H companies (companies that share a “value-driven” approach and invest in wellbeing and the growth of people)
Institutions and policymakers (who will be provided with periodic data analysis to improve active labor market policies at a European level to foster the growth of young people and companies in a virtuous way!)
Experiential workshops where students and companies learn a new method of reciprocal selection. During the workshop, young people:
Learn how to engage with Gen Z
Understand the key factors that drive retention, engagement, and performance.
Present their own real cases, allowing young people to apply the method and understand the company’s approach to its business context
Through the data collected during activities, Michelangelo Young aims to create over time a European observatory on the relationship between young people, wellbeing, and the world of work, producing evidence-based recommendations for institutions and policymakers to improve active labor market policies.
In practice, Michelangelo Young helps young people turn the search for a job from “finding a place” into building a meaningful career path, and provides a true accelerator for their professional journeys. In fact, according to Oxford, McKinsey, and WHO, working in aligned environments reduces stress and burnout, increases satisfaction, productivity, and improves mental health.
Michelangelo Young turns all of this into a practical method for making mindful choices!
For institutions and policymakers, Michelangelo Young provides valuable data and insights over time to improve active labor market policies and foster dialogue between the educational system and the productive sector at a European level.
Michelangelo Young* is fully aligned with the guidelines the European Commission has set to achieve common goals of improving active labor market policies across Europe, through:
The EU’s “social handbook,” whose 20 principles are divided into three areas:
Opportunities and access to the labor market: education, lifelong learning, gender equality, inclusion, employment support
Fair working conditions: secure employment, decent wages, participation, listening to workers, work-life balance, job safety, data protection
Social protection and inclusion: childcare, social systems, unemployment, minimum income, pensions, health, disability, long-term care, housing, and essential services
The new EU Skills Agenda – in line with EPSR guidelines, promoting cross-sector cooperation among governments, social partners, businesses, and education:
Strengthening basic and STEM skills
Increasing upskilling / reskilling opportunities for adults (especially SMEs)
Facilitating talent attraction and recruitment at the EU level
Amajor was born with the dream of making companies tools for healthy growth for future generations, integrating people development and sustainable business growth.
With Amajor For Future, this dream took its first steps into schools and universities. With Michelangelo Young, it becomes a structured, European, and ongoing project, capable of:
Generating value for young people
Transforming the way companies choose and are chosen.
Contributing to a world of work where wellbeing and performance are not contradictory, but instead feed each other.
